San Francisco may be daunting to run because of all the hills, but I have some great FLAT runs you'll enjoy!
City Run I: Ferry Building to Golden Gate Bridge
Location: Ferry Building (or start anywhere along the Embarcadero)
The Work: 11 miles flat out and back, All Trails Link
Parking: Paid street or lot parking anywhere along the Embarcadero
Bathrooms √: The Ferry Building has public bathrooms, but you can find plenty of options spaced out the entire route
San Francisco is my hometown and I have done this run many times from my dad's house in Potrero Hill. I love the Embarcadero because you can go as long or as short as you want and see all the pretty sites along the way and it is FLAT. Sites to note are The Ferry Building, Fishermans Wharf, Aquatic Bay, Fort Mason, Chrissy Field and the famous Golden Gate Bridge.

City Run II: Golden Gate Park
Location: Golden Gate Park, San Francisco
The Work: 6.9 mile loop with 370ft gain, All Trails Link
Parking: Fell Street Panhandle free street parking
Bathrooms √: Bathrooms on the Panhandle or throughout the park
Golden Gate Park is a great place to go for a walk, run or bike ride on a pedestrian only paved road. It has everything to see from the Botanical Gardens to a grazing herd of American bison. While this run is relatively flat, you start off going downhill toward Ocean Beach and have a slight incline on the way back up. You will see people picnicing in the grassy fields or playing disc golf - this park has got it all!
